Leslie Banker & Company is about fun, simple, chic living. We believe in spending quality time at home with friends and family, whether it's an impromptu dinner party on Saturday night or a backgammon game on Sunday morning.

We believe in color, understated elegance, and in being happy.

We are a full-service decorating firm. On every project we strive to create a client's ideal space that is comfortable, productive, and unique. We are based in NYC and work on residential and commercial projects across the country.

Empire Delicious is our line of accessories for the home, available through our on-line shop and at occasional brick and mortar pop ups. You'll find a selection of vintage furniture, prints, bar and tableware as well as a collection of small chairs and footstools.

Leslie Banker is the co-author with her mother, the late Pamela Banker, of The Pocket Decorator and The Pocket Renovator both published by Universe. She is also the co-author, with her husband William Mullins, of Britannia in Brief, published by Random House.

Leslie worked with her mother at her mother's firm, Pamela Banker Associates, for many years before taking the helm in 2013. Pamela Banker started her decorating business in 1966. She brought her practice to Parish Hadley in the 1990s, and then re-launched her eponymous firm in 1999 when Parish Hadley closed. In 2018, after working with her mother for many years and running the business on her own for five years, Leslie changed the name to Leslie Banker & Company with a solid foundation in the past and her sights on the future.
